Swirly Me Sweets is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping or stolen after delivery. If an item arrives visibly damaged, please contact Customer Service immediately. Claims are handled through the shipping carrier, but we will assist customers with these claims to the best of our ability. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods to assist in the claims process.
